Prayer is the breath of the soul! How we pray forms what we believe.

It is vital to nurturing our relationships with the Creator and also the Christian community, the Body of Christ.

Below is an explanation of a rule of prayer and there are tabs for the "Nicene Creed" and some "Common Prayers" next to this "Prayers" tab.

 Rule of Prayer

A Rule of Prayer is a routine or habit of prayer established to nurture our relationship with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and to grow in the spiritual life. Love of God is the foundation of our spirituality.
Concentrate on the Life of Christ, the Divine Energies, within you.

An ancient practice of Christians is to pray the Our Father three times a day, as mentioned in the document, The Didache the Teaching of the Apostles (c. 70-90 A.D.)

Each person needs to develop his own Rule of Prayer, as part of the ascetical life.

It is important that we build our routines one habit at a time.
Develop a habit by adding one new item at a time and then being consistent.
